Extended Warranty
Mendota will extend our standard parts warranty when you complete the certified installation and registration process. Your authorized Mendota dealer will assist you to complete the following steps, which will qualify you to receive an extra year of warranty service at no charge.
Collect your product’s part and serial numbers, as well as the contact information for the homeowner/builder, dealer and installers.
Complete homeowner training and the final installation inspection checklist. Your dealer will provide instructions and training about the operation and maintenance requirements of your new fireplace.
Complete the product registration form below and verify you’ve completed the final installation inspection checklist with your dealer by checking the “Acknowledge” box. This ensures all of the steps for the mechanical, electrical and plumbing installation of your fireplace have been completed and confirmed.
Mendota has a limited lifetime warranty on the firebox, heat exchanger, and burners.
Standard warranty
All Mendota fireplaces come with a limited lifetime parts warranty on the firebox, heat exchanger, burners and glass. All other components (excluding accent light bulbs) come with our standard 2-year or 1-year parts.
